Online Scene Study Showcase Class – Comedy & Drama (Intermediate / Advanced)

Instructor – Shari Shaw
This is a 4-month, committed, career advancement-oriented showcase class culminating in an online performance of scenes and monologues to an Industry audience of producers, agents, managers and casting directors. Students partner-up for well-rehearsed, choreographed scenes focused on detailed character work and performance. The 3-Dimensional Life of the Character is fully explored to create dynamic and nuanced scene work. Special emphasis on Effective Memory and Day In The Life exercises deepen the performances and impress the invitation-only industry guests. Showcase performance includes fully-produced scenes and monologues with props, wardrobe and make-up. Unique opportunity for students to network and be seen by potential new representation – as well as grow as actors.
