This class is designed for the working actor to take your work to the next level. A highly immersive, positive-vibe class that explores all genres, the focus here is on applying Shari’s Method to your scene work and incorporating your inner voice into your performance. Each actor works 3 times in class, then goes on-camera to watch playback with supportive, constructive critique, analysis and direction – along with a copy of your video scene to review at home. Recommended for high energy, strong-willing actors who want success. Shari Shaw foundations training recommended.
Foundations: The Tools Class - Comedy & Drama (Beginner/Intermediate)

Work both muscles to become a more complete actor. Dive deep into the audition process including Shari’s 7 Steps, 3-dimensional life of the character, story-telling, intention, confidence and owning the room.
Includes breaking down the script and on-camera performance & playback with positive, supportive critique, analysis and notes. Everyone receives a WeTransfer video of daily performances to track their growth. Students will feel challenged to bring their best self and layered work to class each week.
On-Camera Audition Master Class - Comedy & Drama (Intermediate/Advanced)

Advanced level of sculpting your audition technique and performance. Discovering and making the strongest and most specific choices in your work. In this advanced class, Shari recreates the Industry-standard audition experience; giving actors detailed adjustments which they must quickly apply and deliver. This is an intensive, no-nonsense, on-camera class for professionals who are driven to get to the next level. Actors work three times per class with on-camera work, video playback, analysis and notes. Shari Shaw foundations training required.
This class is for Teens getting ready to move into our adult classes!

Learn audition techniques, improv, theater, scene work and character work in order to layer your auditions and break through any blocks they are experiencing.
Our instructors will work with them on breaking down their scripts to help them be bold in their choices.

This is a 5-month, committed, career advancement-oriented showcase class culminating in a performance of scenes and monologues to an Industry audience of producers, agents, managers and casting directors. Students partner-up for well-rehearsed, choreographed scenes focused on detailed character work and performance. The 3-Dimensional Life of the Character is fully explored to create dynamic and nuanced scene work. Special emphasis on Effective Memory and Day In The Life exercises deepen the performances and impress the invitation-only industry guests. Showcase performance includes fully-produced scenes and monologues with props, wardrobe and make-up. Unique opportunity for students to network and be seen by potential new representation – as well as grow as actors.
