ON-CAMERA AUDITION TECHNIQUE (COMEDY/DRAMA)
(Level 3)
6:30pm – 9:30pm PST
$300 for 4 consecutive classes
This class is designed for the working actor who has a solid foundation in Shari’s methods. Each class begins with Shari’s relaxation and focusing techniques followed by a goal-setting discussion. Then each student works one-on-one with Shari. All scenes are viewed and discussed at the end of class. We mix up the format weekly to keep students fresh and on their toes while always giving each student one on one attention as well as group camaraderie that we feel empowers storytelling, and creates career and personal abundance.

This 2 WEEK IN PERSON BOOTCAMP is designed to teach you Comedy and Drama and ALL the tips and tricks to craft a subtle, nuanced and layered performances.
The first week you will learn
COMEDY: Pacing, Thoughts, Reversals and Flips
The second week you will learn
DRAMA: Intention, Relationships, Beats and Secrets.

FOUNDATIONS SCENE STUDY CLASS
(Level 1-2)
7 – 10pm PST
$300 for 4 consecutive classes
Focus on being loose in your body and understanding how to apply the nuts and bolts of the Shari Shaw Technique. It’s important that every actor absorbs and creates in their own unique way. This class gets you trusting your own special self and telling a clear story with a beginning, middle and end of each scene, and prepares you to move ahead in one of the studio’s more advanced classes. In this class, you will learn how to break down a script and create a full life of your character.
Thursday
MASTER SCENE STUDY
(Level 2-3)
5:00pm – 8:00pm PST
$300 for 4 consecutive classes
Furthering your three-dimensional life through continued effective memory and deeper day-in-the-life to create masterful scene work. Highly competitive in a supportive, artisan environment! This class will take your craft to peak levels.
In this class you will create the world in which your characters live with your partner using wardrobe, props and setting the scene.
Saturday (Youth) Get Your Funny On Workshop

In this 1 day workshop your child will learn about single camera and multi camera comedy.
Along with finding their “-isms”, they’ll learn about “flips”, “reversals” and emotional life of their character and craft layered performances that will make them stand out among the rest.

The class for kids to build their confidence, listening skills and acting skills through improv, warm-up games, and on-camera audition technique.
